Schedule:Monday to Saturday at 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM.

Minimum age:12 years and older.

Transportation:Routes available from Le Reve Hotel to Hyatt Ziva Riviera Cancún.

Round-trip transportation.
ATV ride.
Visit and swim in a cenote.
Safety equipment (helmet, goggles, and life jacket).
Box lunch (Turkey breast baguette or vegetarian sandwich, a fruit, dessert, and flavored water).
Restrooms.
Showers.
Rest areas.
Lockers.
Shop.
First aid unit.

Wear comfortable and cool clothing, bring swimsuit and towel.
Use chemical-free repellent and sunscreen.
We recommend bringing cash to purchase the photo package and souvenirs.
The collision insurance is per unit and is not included in the tour price.
For greater convenience, we have photographers along the route, ensuring the best shots from incomparable angles. Remember, this service is not included in your entry.

Do not participate if you have heart problems, epilepsy, asthma, any medical restrictions, recent injuries, surgeries, or if you're pregnant. Access will not be permitted if you are under the influence of alcohol or toxins.
For safety reasons, the minimum age to participate is 12 years old; minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Only visitors aged 16 and over with a driver’s license or permit are allowed to drive.
You must present official ID when registering for the activity.
Closed-toe shoes (either water shoes or regular shoes) are required.
Drive cautiously, as this is a recreational ride, not a race track. The tour is done in a caravan.
The roads are one lane and one-way; you’ll encounter road signs that you must follow.
Do not stop unless instructed to by your guide.
There are rest areas or passing zones along the way to pull over, change drivers, or yield to others under the guide’s instructions.
If two visitors share a vehicle and wish to drive, they must take turns during the tour.
Respect the speed limit of 30 km/h as losing control due to excessive speed could cause accidents.
Always wear your safety gear.
If you encounter a mechanical problem or failure, inform the guide immediately, pull over to the side, and allow others to pass.
It is strictly forbidden to get out of the vehicle while it’s moving or to enter non-designated routes.
The maximum vehicle capacity is two adults.
Keep both hands on the handlebars at all times, except when using the turn signals. Remain seated throughout the tour.
